Why Choose Our Platform?

Cohort Teams

Split the onboarding class into teams so strangers start talking in the first hour.

Culture Rounds

Ask about company traditions, benefits, and inside jokes so new hires learn without a slide deck.

Remote Friendly

Distributed cohorts join by link on Zoom, Teams, or Meet.

Reuse Every Cohort

Build it once, host it for every new hire class.

How It Works

1

Create Your Game

Add your own questions and answers in our easy builder. No technical skills needed.

2

Share with Players

Send a QR code or room link so players can join from any device instantly.

3

Host & Play Live

Control the game board while players buzz in from their phones in real time.

4

Celebrate Winners

Scores update automatically. Celebrate your champions on the leaderboard!

A 20-minute onboarding run-of-show

  • Minute 0-3: split the cohort into teams, post the join link or QR code.
  • Minute 3-15: three or four rounds mixing work-life questions with company culture ones.
  • Minute 15-20: Fast Money for the winning team, then a prize or shout-out.

Tip: have a manager or exec reveal the final answers. New hires remember who played with them. For question ideas see Family Feud questions for work.

Hosting for more than 3 people

The free plan lets up to 3 players join from their phones, which is perfect for a test run. Most onboarding cohorts have more guests than that, so Pro removes the player cap and supports up to 24 teams. You can also use Solo Host Mode on the free plan: the host runs the board and the room shouts answers, with no phones needed.
