Large-room setup checklist

  • Run one practice round on the venue network the day before.
  • Assign a helper to troubleshoot joins near the stage.
  • Use table numbers as team names so nobody has to type.
  • Write one question about the conference itself (the keynote, the coffee line) for an easy laugh.

A 15-minute all-hands segment

  • Minute 0-3: QR code on screen, teams join.
  • Minute 3-12: three survey rounds, double points on the last one.
  • Minute 12-15: Fast Money and a prize handoff on stage.

Hosting for more than 3 people

The free plan lets up to 3 players join from their phones, which is perfect for a test run. Most conferences and all-hands meetings have more guests than that, so Pro removes the player cap and supports up to 24 teams. You can also use Solo Host Mode on the free plan: the host runs the board and the room shouts answers, with no phones needed.
