The 10-minute format

  • Minute 0–1: split the call into two halves (left vs. right of the room, or A–M vs. N–Z).
  • Minute 1–8: play one to three survey questions. Three wrong answers hands the steal to the other team.
  • Minute 8–10: announce the winner and move to the agenda.
